As a deck cadet, I feel the main differences with my previous company are:
1. CNCo supplies a good environment to study, especially for studying English. The deck officers and captain devote great care to bring up the young generation.
2. High levels of safety awareness, including personal and ship safety. This is through things such as safety videos, company circulars and training manuals.
