It's great pleasure for me to be promoted as Chief Officer, since I started as deck cadet 9 years ago. And so fortunately, I am one of the first batch P.R.C cadets.To be honest, I really enjoy working for CNCO deep sea fleet.
I still remember the moment when Ms Doris interviewed me in 1998, It is so grateful that I was chosen, and I never know that it changed my life. After all these years sailing with colleague from various nationality, I've learned a great deal of knowledge and experience from them. I deeply thanks to the way of SPSM management and working environment created by CNCO.
During my cadetship, I've been on 4 diffrent type of ships, which barely happens in other shipping company nowadays. It helps me along with the continuous promotion until today. I could understand that SPSM is trying it's best to keep us happy and satisfied, and I definitely feel that they care about all the staff working on board, wheresoever we come from. They provide us much better wage than average. and they treat us as members of whole swire family.
I have so much to say, but I just couldn't express myself any better of the feelings after all these years serving CNCO. And one thing for sure that I'm well prepared to devote myself to the China Navigation!
