I joined CNCo/SPSM in 1995 as a third mate and I’m extremely grateful to CNCo/SPSM for giving me the opportunity to be a part of their company. They have given me the chance to prove myself as a Master and I’m very thankful to all who have supported and helped me in achieving my goal. What I appreciate most is that all ships are very well maintained and in good seaworthiness. Additionally, SPSM provides the crew with extensive training and assess all officers to have extra training before they increase their level of responsibility. As a result the Officer has much more confidence working at his post. I feel lucky to have found a good company that seems to genuinely care about its officers and crew and treats us very well. In general I’m very thankful for what I have now in this company.
