Environmental policy

Fantasy type, NZ

Protection of the environment is an integral part of The China Navigation Company’s business philosophy and CNCo aims to ensure that its business practices minimise, or where possible eliminate any adverse impact that our activities may have upon the environment. We require that our staff at sea and ashore carry out their duties giving environmental concerns the highest possible priority, and we aspire to be “best in class” in terms of our overall environmental performance.

CNCo is keen to engage with other carriers to share information that may help to improve environmental standards across our industry and assist us to benchmark our own performance. Please contact our Environmental and Safety Officer, Captain Dave Watkins, at: dave.watkins@cnco.com.hk
